[Everyone] PHAROS Annual Conference final announcement

Dear colleagues,

This is the final announcement for the PHAROS Annual Conference on 
Neutron Stars, that will be held April 23-26, 2019 in Playa de Aro, near 
Barcelona (Spain). This conference is intended to gather experts and 
students working on neutron stars from any perspective: astronomical 
observations and modelling of their multi-band emission, gravitational 
waves, neutron star formation and evolution, equation of state and 
nuclear interiors, etc.

The deadline for submitting abstracts and requesting financial support 
is at the end of this week, on November 30th.

The deadline for registration is December 31st. However, we are close to 
the maximum number of participants that the venue can hold, and will 
close the registration once that number is exceeded, so I suggest that 
anybody interested in registering do so as soon as possible.
