[Everyone] Announcement - 2019 Scintillometry Workshop in Bonn

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 6th annual scintillometry workshop, happening 
this year on November 4-8 at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy in 
Bonn.

Topics of discussion will include (but are not limited to):
- mapping scattering screens using VLBI
- using scintillation to spatially resolve pulsar emission and solve pulsar 
orbits
- distinguishing physical models of scintillation
- ways to remove scintillation/scattering from observed pulsar signals
- studies of plasma lensing in plasma-dense environments
- scintillation and scattering in FRBs

The time in each day will be split between scientific talks, structured 
discussions, and time for open discussion and collaboration.
