[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue, V1.60

Hi all,

V1.60 of the ATNF Pulsar Catalogue is now available. This version includes details on 2702 pulsars and is complete up to December 2018 (we believe). Thanks to Andrew Cameron, Shi Dai, George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Dick Manchester, Charlotte Sobey, Thomas Tauris and Lawrence Toomey for reviewing the literature and preparing update files. New discoveries from palfa, FermiAssoc searches, htru_pks and a pulsar with P0=23.5s from LOTAAS are included. Also, astrometry results from Gaia and timing and many new flux densities.

The new release also includes some updates to the psrcat program following user feedback, including printing GL and GB to three decimal places (rather than two) and changing the truncation of parameters in an output ephemeris from 25 characters to 30. This problem was evident when raw tempo(2) par files were used in the database file.

As always, we thank those who have pointed out errors in earlier versions of the Catalogue. We hope that these have been corrected in V1.60. If you find any errors or omissions in this new version, please let us know.
