[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.64 now available

Hi all,

The ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.64 is now available for general use. This version includes details on 2872 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to July 2020. Thanks to Andrew Cameron, Shi Dai, George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Rui Luo, Charlotte Sobey,  Lawrence Toomey, Nithyanandan Thyagararajan and Lei Zhang for assistance with the updates. As well as the newly published results, we have corrected a number of errors and omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue.

As always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue. If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
