[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.65

Hi all,

After a long delay, ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.65 is now available for general use. This version includes details on 3177 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to December 2020 as well as results from some more recent papers, including the FAST GPPS survey paper (Han et al., 2021) which reports the discovery of 204 pulsars.

Thanks to Andrew Cameron, Rajan Chhetri, Shi Dai, George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Rui Luo, Charlotte Sobey, Lawrence Toomey and Andrew Zic for assistance with the updates. Especial thanks to David Smith (Centre d’Etudes Nucleaires, Bordeaux-Gradignan) and Martin Mayer (MPE, Garching) for their considerable assistance with updating all Fermi LAT associations to 4FGL-DR3. As well as the newly published results, we have corrected a number of errors and omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue.

As always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions. If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
