[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.66

Hi all,

After a long set of iterations, the ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.66 is now available for general use. This version includes details on 3282 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to July 2021, as well as results from some more recent papers, some earlier, previously missed, papers and many small corrections.

Thanks to George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Rui Luo, Charlotte Sobey, Lawrence Toomey and Andrew Zic for their considerable assistance with the updates. And, as always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions.

If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
