[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.67 now available

Hi all,

V1.67 of the ATNF Pulsar Catalogue is now available for general use. This version includes details on 3319 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to December 2021, including new discoveries from PALFA and the FAST 19-beam L-Band system, a glitch table with many new entries, and numerous other small corrections.

Thanks to George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Marcus Lower, Rui Luo, Lawrence Toomey and Andrew Zic for their considerable assistance with the updates. And, as always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions.

If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
