[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.68

Hi all,

The ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.68 is now available for general use. This version includes details on 3341 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to May 2022. Many thanks to George Hobbs, Agastya Kapur, Rui Luo, Rami Mandow, Tommy Marshman,  Lawrence Toomey, SukYee Yong and Andrew Zic for their assistance with the updates. As well as the newly published results, we have corrected a number of errors and omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue.

As always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue. If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
