[Everyone] Registration for 2023 IPTA Science Meeting and Workshop now open

Good to hear this Ryan. It will be good if online participation of the
science meeting is also free (as far as I remember it was not so earlier).
It will be difficult to explain to many funding agencies/institutes the
need of registration fees even for online participation!
