[Everyone] Registration and hotel booking for the 2023 IPTA science meeting

Dear all,

Thank you to everyone who has registered for the 2023 International Pulsar
Timing Array science meeting.

If you are planning on attending and haven't done so already, we kindly
request that you register and reserve accommodation as soon as possible.

We would also greatly appreciate attendees making a hotel booking for the
science meeting as soon as possible, as we have reserved rooms for
attendees that will be shortly released. The hotel is resort style so there
are also a number of multi-room apartments that are available so we would
encourage you to reach out to colleagues to coordinate sharing
accommodation.
