We are delighted to announce that the IAU Symposium on Gravitational-Wave Astrophysics [IAU 389, see https://gw2024.saao.ac.za/ ] will be held August 6–8, 2024, in Cape Town, South Africa as part of the 32nd, and first African, IAU General Assembly 2024.

Early registration and abstract submission are now open (through 1 March, 2024) at https://astronomy2024.org/ .  We look forward to seeing you in Cape Town!
