[Everyone] ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.69 now available

Hi all,

The ATNF Pulsar Catalogue V1.69 is now available for general use. This version includes details on 3359 pulsars and includes published pulsar discoveries and parameters up to September 2022. Many thanks to George Hobbs, Simon Johnston, Agastya Kapur, Marcus Lower, Rami Mandow, Tommy Marshman,  Lawrence Toomey, and Andrew Zic for their assistance with the updates. As well as the newly published results, we have corrected a number of errors and omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue.

As always, we thank those who have pointed out errors and/or omissions in earlier versions of the Catalogue. If you find any problems in this new version, please let us know asap.
