[Everyone] FRB 2023 First Announcement

Dear colleagues,

We are excited to announce FRB 2023 conference
<https://indico.frb2023.org/event/1/> at the Indian Institute of Science
Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal from 6th to 10th November 2023. The
meeting will cover all topics around Fast Radio Bursts and other radio
transients including FRB emission mechanisms, the use of FRBs as
cosmological and large-scale structure probes, host galaxies and
environments of FRBs, multi-messenger counterparts of FRBs, instrumentation
and upcoming surveys and facilities.

On 6th and half of 7th November, we will be organizing a hands-on FRB and
radio transients workshop for senior undergraduates and early graduate
students to get them oriented with the field and data analysis techniques.

We have opened the pre-registration page to get the visa and invitation
letter work started in a timely manner. In order to complete the
formalities and permissions from Govt of India, we request you to complete
the pre-registration form. There is no commitment to attend at this stage
nor is any payment required. Do fill it out even if you are not sure of
attending. This will make it easier to process everyone's visa and
invitation letters in a timely manner.  All your personal details will be
handled in a secure manner.

There will be a separate full registration form and payment details at a
later stage.
