[Everyone] International Pulsar Symposium 2024

Dear Pulsar friends,

We are organizing the "International Pulsar Symposium 2024" in
Guiyang, China, during 2024 Dec.12th to 17th, see more info at
https://psr2024.casconf.cn We have already got nearly 200 participants. It will be very success
conference anyway.

The regular registration and abstract submission will be closed on Oct.15th.
We will start to make program book soon after Oct.15th.

One could still register after this date with a bit higher fee and less chance
to talk.
