[Everyone] Pulsar conference in 2024 Dec in China

Dear Pulsar colleagues,

As we announced before, an international pulsar conference will be hold
in Guiyang China in 2024 Dec, and normal registration will be close in
one month. See details at https://psr2024.casconf.cn

We have got about 140 people register already, so we will definitely have
a successful meeting. We now start to arrange detailed program.

Please tell or register soon if you could come. We also welcome your visit
at NAOC Beijing before and/or after the conference, which may also ease
your travel plane.

We are very sure that people of some countries can entry China without visa,
as I also checked with some participants in another international 
conference
last week. Anyway, if you need any documents, please tell.
