[Everyone] Pulsar 2025 - Important info on hotel booking (1st deadline: May 7th!)

Dear colleagues,

If you want to secure a hotel room for the Pulsar 2025 conference in
Sardinia taking advantage of the conference's reduced rate, please make
your reservation using the attached form *by May 7th. *After this date the
number of rooms in the block booking will be limited.**

To confirm your booking you will also need to make, by the same date, a *10%
deposit* (either by credit card through this link
http://www.bluserena.it/pagamenti indicating as reason for payment "PULSAR
2025 + Surname", or by bank transfer: see the form for details), and pay
the balance by August 14th.

We are aware that this deadline is very close, but note that it will be
possible to obtain a *full refund* if you cancel your reservation *by
August 14th. *We therefore warmly advise you to book at the earliest, both
to ensure the discounted rate, and because September in Sardinia is high
season and room availability may be limited in any case.

Since some of you asked, we point out that it is ok to book your room at
the conference rate even if you have not registered yet. We will crossmatch
registrations and hotel bookings later on.

*** rooms reserved to conference participants will be limited to 100 after
May 7th and  until June 7th. 80 rooms total (note: 80 in total, not further
80) will be reserved until July 7th, and 50 untill July 31st. After that
date, or once the rooms in the block booking are terminated, you will need
to make your reservation at the standard rate though the hotel website
