[Everyone] PSRCAT v2.6.4 release

Dear PSRCAT users,

We are excited to release PSRCAT v2.6.4!

The PSRCAT webpage www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat<http://www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat> has been updated, and if you wish to use the SQL database and the corresponding scripts, they can be accessed at the following DOI https://doi.org/10.25919/d9a8-pq84.

For users of ATNF machines, the 'stable' pulsar software stack is now running v2.6.3 and the 'next' release is running v2.6.4.

    - Remove duplicate pulsar J0034+69 [PSRSOFT-339]

Remove pulsars added from GPPS web page and re-ingested hzw+25 [PSRSOFT-340]

Update psrcatV2_V1.c to output optionally the most precise parameters or the latest [PSRSOFT-342]

Fix RAJ and DECJ for J1848-0129A [PSRSOFT-343]

Fix incorrect P0 for J0212+5321 [PSRSPFT-344]

Remove erroneous widths for J1306-4035 [PSRSOFT-345]

Fix W50>P0 for some pulsars [PSRSOFT-346]

Fix missing F1 for J1935+2154 [PSRSOFT-347]
  *
Other miscellaneous fixes: remove all uncertainties of zero, fix values with erroneous zeros, add missing PEPOCHS.

Features:
    - Added parameters for labels adl+25, cae+25, hzw+25, ier+16, lsb+25, mmr+24, msk+24b, sbb+25, tss+25, sru+25, xhy+25, xjx+25.
