[Everyone] PSRCAT v2.6 release

Dear PSRCAT users,

We are excited to release PSRCAT v2.6.0, our 80th version of the ATNF Pulsar Catalogue!

The PSRCAT webpage www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat<http://www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat> has been updated, and if you wish to use the SQL database and the corresponding scripts, they can be accessed at the following DOI https://doi.org/10.25919/d9a8-pq84.

A recent ATNF news article, https://www.csiro.au/en/Newsletters/ATNF/2024-Q4, featured a section titled "Get to know our pulsar catalogue" and contains information on publication best practice to ensure we keep the catalogue as up to date and useful as possible - please take a look.

For users of ATNF machines, the 'stable' pulsar software stack is now running v2.5.1 and the 'next' release is running v2.6.0.

- Fix broken short without errors output [PSRSOFT-259]
- Fix to two duplicate GPPS pulsars with different names [PSRSOFT-258]
- Fix zero P0 for J0901-4046 [PSRSOFT-253]
- Fix short output truncates survey [PSRSOFT-229]
- Fix missing bib keys for bdf+24, sbf+24, tcb+24 and gbs+23 [PSRSOFT-270]
- Fix for incorrect ECC in abb+23
- Fix for incorrect F1 (leading to incorrect EDOT) in kzk+24

New parameters:
91 new pulsars added
