Dear colleagues,

summing all the registered participants and the people who have booked a
room at Calaserena, we have unexpectedly already filled the conference room
capacity. While in principle the deadline for registration is in 3 days, we
had, therefore, to *temporarily close the registration*.

We have now created a new form that you can fill to enter a waiting list.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and we hope to be able to
accept as many of your registrations as possible.

People who have a confirmed room booking, but have not yet registered,
should have received a separate email earlier today. If you are in this
category and have not received it, please, let us know.

If you have registered and/or booked a room but are not able to attend
anymore, please, let us know as soon as possible, so that we can free your
spot for people in the waiting list.
