[Everyone] PSRCAT v2.8.0 release [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear PSRCAT users,

We are excited to release PSRCAT v2.8.0!

The PSRCAT webpage www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat<http://www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat> has been updated, and if you wish to use the SQL database and the corresponding scripts, they can be accessed at the following DOI https://doi.org/10.25919/d9a8-pq84.

For users of ATNF machines, the 'stable' pulsar software stack is now running v2.7.0 and the 'next' release is running v2.8.0.

- Fix EPS2 for J1720-0533 [PSRSOFT-383]
- Fix A1DOT for J1933-6211 [PSRSOFT-371]
- Fix PB for J1646-4406; remove duplicate J1756-251 [PSRSOFT-369]
- Fix missing LOFAR ephemerides [PSRSOFT-288]
- Fix psrcat_help.html [PSRSOFT-370]
- Numerous other small fixes

Features:
- Update DM and RM values for Meerkat/FAST GC observations [PSRSOFT-374]
- Add LOTAAS par files [PSRSOFT-333]
- ‎Add new parameters from:
wbc+23.txt,mkgm24.txt,aej+23.txt,yly+25.txt,zal+25.txt,ywz+25.txt,tsb+25.txt,btp+25.txt,apt25.txt,tss+25.txt,cdw+25.txt,mfs+25.txt,llw+25_fracfix.txt,hzw+25
