[IPTA Clock] Quick update

Hi all,

 Thanks for joining the IPTA clock email distribution list.  Just to say that I now have referee comments back on my PPTA clock paper. My plan is to fix up the paper following those comments and then re-submit within a few days.  I hope that the next draft will be accepted by the referee.  If so, I'll send around the final version to this distribution list and then we can get started with planning the IPTA project.

So, don't worry about the lack of emails etc.  I expect that we'll get started within a few weeks.
