[IPTA Clock] Testing data

Hi all,

What is the status of the clock project? The last and only test I have ever
seen was some 4-pulsar test set made by Mike back in October, which
featured a huge 4th order polynomial.

Has more work been done on this project?

At this point I am fully ready for the IPTA datasets and eagerly waiting
for progress... :)
