Hi Rutger,
I've just heard back from Joris and he confirms that he is waiting on some EPTA data sets. I agree that we'll need to compare algorithms in the paper and using some simulated data is the best way to do that. However, I'd like the simulations to be based on the actual data that we're going to use.

The quick answer is "stalled". After my talk at the IPTA meeting I've been distracted by other projects. I also don't know at the moment the status of the final IPTA data set. I'll drop Joris an email now to find out and will report back here.
I have also been informing with Joris in the context of the stochastic background limit paper. One of the main delays seems to be the data of the EPTA, but that is as far as my intel goes.
I am giving a talk on the clock work at the Journees conference in Paris next month and so hopefully that will give me the impetus to get this project back on track.
Is it an idea to compare pipelines somewhere soon? I am sure we are doing at least one simulation in the paper that shows the methods are consistent, so that may be a start to get the project organised.
