Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that REGISTRATION, ROOM RESERVATION and ABSTRACT
SUBMISSION for SIGRAV2018 is now open at the webpage of the conference

The conference, devoted to all aspects of gravitational physics, such as
classical and quantum gravity, relativistic astrophysics, black holes,
cosmology, as well as experimental gravity, will take place in

HOTEL FLAMINGO, SANTA MARGHERITA DI PULA (SARDINIA)
from SEPTEMBER 9th to 15th  2018.

**APRIL 30th 2018** ROOM RESERVATION AT CONFERENCE GROUP RATE
The conference group rate is no longer guaranteed after this date.

**JUNE 15TH 2018** EARLY REGISTRATION

**JUNE 30TH 2018** ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


ROOM RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION

To register and reserve a room at the Hotel Flamingo, please read the
Accommodation section in the Registration page of the SIGRAV2018 webpage

In the Registration page you will find a link to the reservation form. Fill it
and send it to the Hotel Flamingo following the instructions you will find in
the reservation form.

Please note that the period in which the conference will take place is still
high season in Sardinia. If you want to get an accommodation and flight tickets
at a reasonable price register at the conference, reserve a room at the Hotel
Flamingo and book your flight to Sardinia as soon as possible.


REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

In the Registration page you will find a link to the registration form. Fill
out the form. Pay the registration by bank transfer. Insert the date of the
bank transfer in the registration form.


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
-------------------

In the Registration page you will find a link to the form for abstract
submission. Fill out the form with the title and abstract of your proposed talk.
