[Everyone] Summary of PHAROS meetings in early 2018

Hi all,

here you can find a summary of all the meetings supported by PHAROS: "The
multi-messenger physics and astrophysics of neutron stars" (COST Action
CA16214) for its first grant period (i.e. until end of April 2018). Some
has been already announced, and others will be very soon. Registration is
now open for them all. Contact the organizers for more info.
