[Everyone] CFITSIO bug

Hi everyone,
The latest version 3.430 of the CFITSIO library includes a bug fix that
addresses the ffmvec problem encountered last year. It is available at
https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/fitsio/fitsio.html
