[IPTA Clock] Update on IPTA clock project

Hi Everyone,

Great to hear that the paper is accepted and that now is also available on astro-ph. I had a quick read before the IPTA meeting
and now I  read it in detail.

Regarding the EPTA data the situation is as follows.

Individual telescope data for our top priority pulsars are ready and we are
in the process of combining them. These pulsars are:

J0613-0200
J1012+5307
J1024-0719
J1744-1134
J1857+0943
J2145-0750

J1713+0747
J1600-3053
J1640+2224
J1643-1224
J1730-2304
J2317+1439
J1918-0642
J1022+1001
J1939+2134

For the six first in this list, preliminary combined sets are already uploaded on
the IPTA wiki. The next step in our plan is to have the preliminary multi-telescope
combinations for all the above sources by the end of September and share them on the IPTA wiki. 

It is definitely good to begin this project with the simulations;
the datasets that we have on the IPTA wiki and the rest to follow, 
provide Mike with enough info to create realistic simulations.
